Yay, finally I achieved my annual 3000km goal (I know, I know, but for me it’s not that bad ). It wasn’t that easy after several injuries and illnesses last few months …still fighting with inflammation of tendons in my arm (that’s why I am currently riding only indoors …will try first little outdoor ride beginning next year, hopefully). anyways, quite happy, that I still made it😁✌️

no sensors on my spinning bike, so avg. speed is estimated as linear function of avg. heartrate:  eg. HR 116: 16 km/h and  HR 160: 24 km/h ...(rather conservative estimation)
