Morning Ride

1. Sore legs before start from intervals yesterday arvo
2. 16% inclines
3. 40km of loose corrugated gravel (From the map I thought it was approx 20km! Let the 25mm tires down to 40psi - who needs a gravel bike?) - didn't come off, but was hairy at some points!
4. Climbed to the summit & back, 100m elevation with 303 steps, including ladders, carrying 18kg daughter & 5kg backpack 
5. Walk around mountain carrying daughter.
6. Splendid Fairy Wrens - no photo 😥
7. Headwind on way home!
8. New white shoes (left shoes at home!) & white Jersey for gravel riding - not recommended!
9. First ever ride with 1000m elevation gain!
