Better. Outside helps
Still in pain. Cortisone hasn't seemed to help. Going for a 2nd opinion soon. Cannot spend the rest of my life with pain management as the surgeon put it 🤬
1st ride in a while. Cortisone injection into hip tomorrow. Be a miracle of it helps. Pain 5 out of 10 tonight. Fingers crossed
Great morning out if a little damp. Had lay down Luke with us. And some YouTube geezer. Kept talking to himself all the way round. 😂
