Jonathan Manning rides along a former railway track which has been converted into the cycle-friendly Trans Pennine Way from Poolsbrook Country Park Club Campsite in Derbyshire. The route is completely traffic-free and the mid-point is the picturesque Rother Valley Country Park, which boasts two lakes to cycle around and a cafe to refuel at, before retracing your steps to Poolsbrook Country Park.
