Three good hills & a healthy dose of incredibly scenic Cantal countryside at the foot of the Puy Mary in the lesser-known Massif Central.  Starts & finishes in the medieval hilltop village of Salers. The route descends the hill that you will revisit at the end of the ride, then takes in two valleys with two climbs over the ridge that separates them. Perfect lush green Cantal countryside, empty roads & ancient villages. 

This ride can be extended by riding the Cantal - Puy Mary - Salers which starts in the same village.
