rehab

usually a 4-8 minute effort = coughing up both lungs, but my 'conservative' strategy means i feel i have more to give here. was aiming for 2' 360/370/380W ramps, but the climb is irregular and I forgot it kind of starts off with a wall.  this could have been a 400W+ effort, but the fact that im not completely crushed means im more likely to do these short brutal efforts more than never. trying to work myself up for a OLH effort tomorrow before the racing on Sunday - doing just one effort and the rest of the ride easy is my best compromise for preraces

got my 0 offset seatpost finally - and somehow despite there being measurement markings on both the seatposts the shop installed in about 7mm too low. *sigh*. time to tinker with the position tonight and try it out tomorrow to race on it Sunday. still not in love with my front brake, but i probably wont die from it just yet
