24:50.8 official time and 1st place for a nice solo effort. 

Course was a little long and the competition was lacking this year. I was hoping for 10-20 seconds faster but I found myself alone shortly before the first mile so it was hard to push by myself. 
Overall I’m happy with the effort because I didn’t back off this week, just trained through
