back to it after some proper time off 🤌

Ended up running 5:11.16..... which is 10 minutes slower than the true FKT right now... I'm the 2nd fastest I guess but was in the pain cave today. Had to swim across the Gorge during some shitty water rapids, took me some time to find a safe cross point. Then constantly checking Gaia to make sure I was still on trail, which I was for over a mile unfortunately so that killed some more time for me. Climbing shortoff on the last climb made my lower back cramp up a touch and I knew I didnt have anything left in the tank.... let me get familiar with this route and I will smash the FKT next time!!!! Let's go!!!.
