Dalton Stage 3: super crit - catastrophic bonk = DNF 🫡

TT practice today. A strong easterly wind meant it was always going to be tough on the P841 course, but after a few heavy weeks of training my legs really showed the fatigue today! More than 30 watts below FTP for the 10, although my HR was low which I think shows a mix of fatigue and limited motivation! 
Anyway, a good training effort regardless, just way off the pace! If only I had 12-16 weeks more training before my next competition... 😅
