Nipped out for a plod before it got dark. Snow and ice gone but plenty of wind and rain instead. Forgot how hilly that loop is too
Anything to avoid the treadmill or turbo trainer - a chilly run along Aberystwyth seafront while Dawn walked
Lasted 9m 40s with Josh & Fin then 2 mountains solo. I may never feel my fingers and toes again though. Highest temp on the Garmin was -1 and the lowest -6!
Chilly, hilly plod around La Massana to try the new trainers.
Cracking ride down into Spain with Josh. He left me after 2h 45m for some efforts while I slogged back up into Andorra. Puncture stopped play 4km from home 🤦♂️
