New Power PB's for 1 Minute 640 Watts (8.9W/Kg) & 2 Minutes 501 Watts (6.9W/Kg).

I did 1 Hour on the bike & had the plan of doing a few intervals so I said I’d test my 1 & 2 Minute power out of curiosity & as a benchmark for the rest of the year. Ended up smashing all previous PB’s versus my bests ever, not even just last year so delighted to do that so early in the year especially when I have done no 1 or 2 Minute efforts since last May. On the bike I drank 500 milliliters of water with Ribena.
