Not going to call it fasted as I was eating before heading out, but un-fuelled while out. Mostly chilled Z2 with occasional pushing up hills/into wind etc. This is the longest un-fuelled outdoor ride I've done (perhaps indoor too) so it was a bit of an experiment. Went well though.

Wasn't planning on heading out today, but was having a crap day, so decided to try to lift the spirits with some exercise therapy. Much better now. Time for a pizza!
