Smoke on the Water

This went really well!  I was a bit worried about my hammy tightening up because it was barking at me during a few strides on my warm-up. However, it didn't give me any real issues during the harder running.  I ended up rolling through the end of the greenway and continuing past White Duck to hit the full 2 miles. 

Perfect weather and the route was clear of construction equipment. Sweet.

6-7 flybys in a half-mile while running to the start of the segment!
