Almost ran a 1500m PB on that last rep 😆 (in before your chirp Nathan). Weirdly the first and last 4’ reps didn’t feel all that different effort wise......legs just took forever to wake up today. Am I ever glad I stuck through with it though, definitely one of my better workouts to date!
