Decided to try a longer warm up before any effort and a longer cool down too to see if my back will complain less. Not really sure it made any difference. Started dry and warmish. A bit breezy. Heavy hail shower towards the end resulted in me curtailing what I’d been going to do a little. Really wasn’t feeling it today, but still good to get out and enjoy the dusty trails while we can.
