Thanks to Drew for the route suggestion. Got lost for a few hill repeats. Had a hard time reaching lactate threshold with these mile high RBCs. That was a fun experience. Never pedaled at that high a cadence. Was seriously a sustainable 150rpm up the steep hills with good wattage. Felt invincible and got an awful lot of funny looks. But cardio was stacked so why not. To be repeated. (Jackie's first time in road pedals with 700x32 gp5ks)
