A bit of a disappointment. I felt like I could run under 3:40. Less than a perfect day with 4 miles pre-run due to a wrong turn, a few wrong turns later, a hard fall on the AT, and some bad leg cramping after the road descent. It felt a bit warm as well.  It used to that yet. 

But I’ll take it. Not bad for a flat-lander. I underestimated how slow the two big climbs are. They’re challenging just to hike up.
