On a new route with Marci. No intervals, just tempo. Heavy NNW wind but idk why we have aimed 40km/h avg. Once we did it without wind, but this route doesn't have cities that hold you back. We did the good old 15-15 14-14 13-13... min leads. In the first two I did 380 but it wasn't easy at the back neither at 300w. In the headwind I was thinking it would be easier at the back but Marci pushed as hard as me. Unfortunately the first 2 hours at 345NP totally killed me, I started loosing cadence, back pain appeared and after a long I felt cramp in the quads and in the sartorius. At Csolyos we stopped for a puncture then at Bordány for some food. Then I stayed at the back to the end. My end :D

Maybe next time we shouldnt aim for 160km in 4hrs if you can go at 52km/h at 250w. #windy
