Previous record was 3:42:40 by Ben Nephew. Approximate splits: 45 Harris to Notch, 1:54:30 (54 out, 60 back) on Sisters, 47:30 Notch to Harris. This one means a lot to me. 

For those interested in strategy, gear, etc: I started with no fluids and picked up dropped bottles and calories at the Notch and the turnaround. Ate 5 chocolate chip cookies, a handful of Swedish Fish (carried), drank about 8 ounces of pickle juice (stashed at turnaround) and just over 1.5 liters of water. Started up jacked up on coffee and loaded with calories and water. Wore Salomon Sense 7 SGs and a little utility belt thing.
