A bit of a fartlek session to break up the sluggish last few runs I’ve had lately. A good chance for some segment collecting. :-) I attempted to capture “Lemon Hill” but knew I probably didn’t have that time in me today. Not sure what happened with the “A Grand Need for Speed” segment. I was pretty sure I had that one but I guess my watch didn’t catch it. All the segment times were a bit slower than what I had. Oh well. 😊 Beautiful weather for a run. I was even able to get back on the Sawpit Wash Trail. I actually really missed that little trail.
