Not my finest day. Big off on the first lap banjaxed me (badly bruised ribs/leg) - I went for a (very) dry weather tire and it didn't pay off. Got going a bit towards the end. Rode at basically the same pace as I do in the 4.5hr marathons! Hard to up it for a shorty like this. Excellent course, probably the best nationals course I have done. (oh, and finished 6th - my goal was better, a lot better)
