Last out N bac to Capdenac, a little cooler after the amazing storms that came through the valley last night. Great Little ledge in the pool which is good for a cool down.
Out and about before the heat arrives.
Have no idea if this is a good swim or not, but it's hitting 40 degrees and it's too hot for anything else. 15yd pool - 10xBS:1minrest:10xFC:1minrest x3 = 60lengths
