I felt like complete garbage on that first lap. If it was just me, I don't know I'd of had the fortitude to trudge back up. Luckily things turned around and I felt great on lap 2! It was very strange but I'll take it. Partial lap 3 we just got what w could in the time window.  Andrew and Chris kept this one fun and challenging! It was really working to match their pace 😥🔥 also quite hot out!! With Red Rocks closed I think the trail up Morrison was a lot busier. We met a bunch of cool folks getting after it!! 

This run puts me at 68 miles, 18 hours, and 22k' vertical for the week. Even with something modest tomorrow that'll put me at PRs for all three categories.
