An idea and goal that’s been cooking for a while. Unsupported run. Carried all supplies with me. Perfect weather. Timed well for max low tides. Filled up on water at EH Main Beach, Hither Hills, and Ditch Plains. After Ditch had to mostly walk 5 miles over loose large round stones. Took advantage of good sand when I found it. 
Trade offs of the day: 
Running firmer sloped sand vs. soft flat sand 
Looking for whales vs. beach glass
Listening to book vs. podcasts vs. music vs. nothing

Thanks to all for the texts and words of encouragement received along the way, especially from Walter, Steve and Chris. Even got a surprise visit from Walter and Steve which was so rad! Thanks to Sarah and kids for the drop off and pickup. Love you so much. Was so great to share the finish with you. Pizza village after of course.

This one hurt bad towards the end. And felt so good most of the time. Awesome to see this whole shoreline in one go. Great to swim at the end.
