Walk to The Garden

Already had almost 10k feet of vert on my legs this week, but decided to see what more they could do. I was kinda fatigued but felt pretty good overall.

There are miles of downed trees... lots of starting and stopping and climbing over and through big trees, branches, and brush. I stepped on a branch that shot up and whacked my knee - cartoon style. Felt like getting hit in the knee with a baseball bat! Walking that one off was hard... Tons of poison oak too.

Gorgeous views and it was really tempting to take a break and jump in one of the many massive swimming holes along the way.

Experimented with different nutrition and hydration today. I kinda liked my home made hydration mix 😅 and bringing tater tots along was the best idea I think I've ever had.
