Yeah, maybe the first two miles were easy, but Mike Z went after we got out of the woods. Debated if I wanted to go with, but Billy and I got into a rhythm and caught up to Mike on the Bitch hill. Stuck together until around 8 miles and then Mike dropped the hammer to close his run off strong. I just stuck with a steady effort because at this point I still thought I would go for over 2 hours. Hopped up onto the NJ Towpath for an out and back add-on and realized that 2 hours would be over 19 miles, so I decided on an hour and fifty minutes, since that would give me the mileage I wanted. Felt great on this and never felt like I was pushing except for the very beginning around mile 3 when I decided to go with.
