Newfound appreciation for anybody that "Everests!" Without doubt the most gruelling, torturous and yet thoroughly enjoyable (honest 😊) 9ish hours I've ever done and likely ever will do on the bike.

A cool, misty start descending into a cloud inversion; soon burnt off to expose an extremely hot and humid day.

Just waiting on confirmation from  as to the exact elapsed time that I hit Everest elevation (29,029ft).

Big thanks to everybody that came up to show support and provide food, water and encouragement. It definitely provided the morale boost needed to see it through to the end!
