What an amazing day out on a beautiful mountain! 
Swim-Bike-Mountain-Bike-Swim!
The morning swim went rough (hard to see in the dawn light, felt off) same with the morning bike up (felt sick from the swim, got stopped by a train) then on the mountain had the privilege of blasting up and down this thing at the same time as Max King and Christopher Jones (<-these guys can mooooove). 
I was so thrashed as I approached the summit (between letting my self press to try to hang with these legends a bit and Shasta-Shasta-Shasta) that I thought my day was done. Took the Shasta descent a bit more relaxed and hoped the massive downhill bike back to the lake would allow me to rally for the final swim 🏊‍♂️ 😀 it did!
Swam back across with local friends acting as "lifeguards" in case I went into full on cramping mid-lake as they enjoyed 🍺 and 🌞.
I am so stoked this came together! What an amazing day!
