Rouse Hill Park Run - Powered by 7 schooners of Stone & Wood 🍻

Big climb out of Brooklyn, nice firetrail for some K's, then onto single trail through Jerusalem Bay, some nice ups and downs along the way. Cowan to Berowra is single trail, more ups and downs into Berowra. Guess what, up out of Berowra single trail mostly, short patches of firetrail and down into Crosslands. Quite a few campers at Crosslands, follow the river undulating, some ups and downs and feeling tired at this point, probably something to do with the stout 20K yesterday. Cloud breaking letting the sun come through and moved under Galston Gorge bridge and up into Tunks Camping Ground. Fire trail finishing to Quarry Road Trail Head. Got soaked first thing at Brooklyn, was cool so didn't have to drink that much. Needed more calories today as was depleted by Crosslands and ran the rest on fumes. Able to still move well but had to hike the ups. Ran in Speedgoat 4, very grippy, comfy, kicked a few rocks on the way round *&^%$. A bit of a slog today but happy to get that in. Missed a turn at Brooklyn and probably ran another 1K.
