Yeah baby!!

Ran from Southdel rd (where the Elgin trail ends) to St Mary’s (Start of Avon trail). 

Elapsed time 11:41:15...new FKT? But also new route.

Ended up being a hot day for a long run but Kate kept me super cool. So did the fruit cups:) all 19 of them. 
Aaron came out for some fun in the sun from Komoka to springbank, thanks Aaron!

Some minor route changes have occurred since last FKT. The trail no longer uses the property north of plover mills but instead jogs back up to Valleyview and then back down a few kms later.
