not really sure why it says 4miles... but the overall distance of this race when i finished was 4.09 and got 21:11. at the 4mile mark i got 20:40 and just felt great! wasn't really pushing it and just having fun, even though I was late by 7min. my warmup was running to the starting line, and just got right into it. they gave me a map and said study this because there is no lead car, and most of the race was on the sidewalk...so a lot of dodging and hopefully making the traffic lights. definitely not doing this race again haha
