I had a lot of fun doing this.  Getting up at 4am got easier as the time went on.  Saving myself a couple hours of heat was definitely needed.

Overall I ran just over 42km per day or 295.62km total within the last 7 days, plus some night time walks not included in the totals.  I've never ran as much volume in a single week.

My body recovery was great, I did need to stretch each day for 30min-1h, and I did take my normal supplements. I also ate mostly vegan and ate foods that reduce inflammation.  No processed foods. My body doesn't feel run down, but it is a bit sore, and my mind will appreciate the rest.  I feel like I could extend it longer, but I'll be stopping at the pre-planned 7 for now.

Every marathon was a negative split from the one before it.  I broke a 4h marathon earlier this year for the first time, so all runs were slower than my fastest marathon, but fairly fast considering the amount of volume.

I made it a point not to take any pain killers like ibuprofen, nor any caffeine pills. Although I had 1 Huma gel a day that sometimes had caffeine in it (only 25mg though). Otherwise during runs I also had Gatorade (1L), coconut water (250ml), 1 honeystinger waffle, some days honeystinger gummies, 1 serving of salted pretzels, and 2 salt stick pills. On a couple days I had a mini Clif bar.  On some days I had a banana before going out the door.

Recovery wise, I drank tart cherry juice, and made my normal morning breakfast milkshake.
