Was going for a 400K + 200K, but called for rescue with severe storms approaching (see pic).  I plan to make up the missing miles tomorrow. 

The 60 continuous miles of head winds at the hottest part of the day really sucked, but even so I stayed on schedule with my ride plan. 

This is a new route and there was a bunch of unexpected gravel and 0.5 mile of very large rock (see pic).
