Morning Run

I forgot to restart my watch after grabbing h20 at mile 10.  Sometimes I hammer the last 4 miles sometimes I whimper the last 4. Today I whimper. My legs were still toasted from Friday's workout. However this is my first 20 mile run and I am happy that I survived.

End of week 11 of Marathon training. 71 miles run this week in 6 days of running. I felt fairly good on my workouts this week and met a few other runners in the area.  This was a great week.  Looking forward to many more solid weeks of running.
