Found all the nettles. Been wanting to try this loop - was rugged! Legs shredded. Lot of bushwacking but had a nice cruisy break in Little River. A very elegant (ha. ughh) effort on Cotton Brook trail up to Birch Loop - lost the first half of the trail very quickly but apparently right next to it. Found it again after crossing the stream. 

A women's FKT on this route wheee! And also...the only one :) For now! Thanks to previous speedy efforts by RR, AS, and WT for the idea and gpx files
