Morning tempo workout with Tyler. A2 then 30 min of tempo, 10 min easy, 2 x 90 seconds (each 30 sec getting faster). The slight hill near Fiske Hill in Lexington was a bit slower and had me feeling beat and then Tyler put me in a body bag the last mile or so. Splits for the tempo were about 5:35, 5:38, 5:46, 5:18, 5:22 + last bit kinda slower. The 90 second pieces felt kinda tough but fun to get the legs moving quick for that. #makeEliFitAgain
