Shooting to make the old bank for supper I took it easy on warming up, stretched, and hammered down 150 until Brandie intercepted my beacon. She had to run me down, thinking she had me intercepted at Gillum Rd, I was already on the other side of Downs. Felt pretty good to open it up a bit, even though I wasn’t feeling it at first. Kind of a taxing week in a lot of ways, but a lot of behind the scene steps forward. Many of which overdue, and while change can be uncertain, and generate a fair amount of angst, I’m at one with my convictions. Becoming an actual bike mechanic continues to reward and confirm itself on the daily. It’s hard not to with the venue I’ve been given and the people surrounding and supporting me. It makes patience with the rebuild a little easier to wrench on. ✌️😎
