Awesome ride today with some really strong cyclists!  Goal was sub 5 and we crushed it!  The 2021 MGST Century Route is AWESOME!  Long stretches without stops and really smooth roads lends itself to some fast times. Really enjoyed this ride today!  Unfortunately the battery died on my power meter half way through the ride so my power numbers are not accurate so just rode the second half of the ride based on HR and perceived exertion. Coming off a hard week of training proving to myself that I can handle the suffering. As Jens Voigt says “Shut up legs and do what I tell you” actually works.
