Really dissapointed with my outdoor results, since my indoor FTP has decent progress and I also drop a few kilo.
My heart rates were 10 bpm higher than indoor at similar watts. Guess I has to do more consistant outdoor workout.

BTW, to weight weenies: my PR for 6% climb is 20w higher than today's 310w. However, my weight today is at least 3 kilo lower than my PR day's. The result? Today I am 7s slower at 6min 16s.
Use the money to buy training plans and go AERO unless everesting.
