The first 1/2 of my Dakota Country Frolic was a nice cruise: light tail wind, sunny and a little bit down hill to Hastings.  Coming back, the wind picked up, the temps hit the 90s and the hills were a little harder coming home.  My friend Paul Danhaus would call it a good training ride.
