took me a little while for my legs to wake up. I felt like my turn over was super slow for the first two reps and I was having a hard time keeping up. Once my legs got going a little bit I was able to relax and it got easier. 

Workout definitely felt quick but it was really good. I didn't feel too spent at the end. I think I could have relaxed into the pace better than I did but all things considered, I was very pleased with the work today.
