FKT season and I wanted in on the fun😝 
Solo West Lion gate to gate. Summit in 1:59. 
Started feeling great and kind of bonked at 1:15, walked more than I had hoped after that. I’m not the strongest ascender but I can scramble and I can run downhill, unfortunately today my legs did not allow much push for the descent 😂 anyways, sets the bar for other women to chase my time! 
Found more lost hikers on the lions trail looking for tunnel bluffs. Every. Single. Time.
