Damn did it feel good to race again. 

Got out hotter than I intended (no surprise there), ~4:50. Felt real smooth, just kinda rode it out. ~4:42 second mile felt the same. Backed off (or fell off, you decide) in mile 3 with a ~4:47. ~4:43 last mile wasn’t what I had in mind, but it’s what I had left. Closed in 69.. Overall super happy with how I ran, honestly wasn’t sure how it was gonna go. Turned out better than I thought.

S/O Brian for biking with me for 3 miles and taking the heat from 12. Also S/O all that came to support and take splits. Wish I could’ve had the whole team there, but that’s the way it be these days. For real, no way I could’ve done this solo, means more than y’all know.

Potentially some more legit race opportunities this fall, stay tuned.
