Workout Wednesday: 4x1km @5k pace, 3min easy between reps

Unsupported. Started slow and kept it in zone 3 for the first 2’ish hours. Then picked it up a bit. Gave a good push the final 2 miles. Felt good to run the entire trail. Dad came along on the bike and filmed 🎥 a bit, so I may make a video of this one. We’ll see 🤷‍♂️
