20.5mph avg. Kept a decent steady pace but definitely not that hard. Never felt like I was pushing it. Was pretty fresh even after the long drive up here and lack of sleep late last night. Legs felt good overall. Heavy at 12 miles, wierd but it went away and I felt good again a few miles later. Lots of headwind and crosswinds. Overall windy but nice and cooler and sunny. Roads not too busy but some annoying construction and a few potholes to be careful. Especially route 11. Overall felt easier than Wednesdays ride but faster and more hills. Doesn't really make sense 😅. No issues really. Left hamstring and calf a bit sore/stiff but not much.
