My strategy this time was to blast the rocky downhill to the Rio Nambe and bank some time on my previous effort on 5/30.  I hit the first climb and the wilderness fence 10s ahead of the first effort, and by the Rio Nambe that grew to 1:30, though at the expense of treating my legs like pogo sticks to get there.  Still, I maintained that gap on the previous effort all the way until 1:43 ahead with just 13 minutes to go on the final ridge climb to the summit.  But the slight tweaks I had been feeling for a while in my legs turned into feelings of impending all out cramps that almost did seize up a few times.  Had to back off below my aerobic ability just to make it to the top without getting dropped to the ground by cramps.  As a consolation I did still come in 13s ahead of last time.  If the stars all aligned perhaps I could do around 1:16, but this definitely demonstrated my max potential.
