Great first race of the Fall series. My goal was sub-17. Felt like I was out fast but settled into 5:20 pace pretty quickly. My first 2 miles were very consistent and comfortable. Picked it up around 2.5 miles and kicked for home from about a quarter mile out. Ran 16:25 based on the trail mile markers but needed to go to 3.11 miles on my watch just to be safe. Really happy with this one.
