First time doing any semblance of speed in a long time! I'm really happy that I opted for a long stretch and roll sesh before the workout otherwise I would have been out of the back in an instant- I was feeling super stiff all day. 

The 1.6 felt solid and the 400's felt quick but good overall. A fair amount of tightness in my hammies and just feeling like I was struggling to turn over a little bit. other than that, not bad.
