Watch died ~43miles in but we finished the whole thing (and thankfully took pictures and had a backup GPS tracker to prove it). Went 53 miles in 15hr 36min in total. Since there's no current mixed gender FKT for this route, I think we have it!

Oof, what a run! Slow going up until Moose since we had some trouble finding the trail under a blanket of leaves in the dark. Caught an incredible sunrise at the top of Moose which powered us all the way to Smarts. My legs caught up to me on the climb up Cube and then Jenna and I really hit a wall at mile 40. From there on was a long, drawn-out strugglefest which added a ton of time to the effort. Knees, toes, and soles of feet were all screaming on the downhills and muscles were exhausted on climbs. Overall a tough run, but I'm eager to tackle more runs like it (maybe next year though...)

Major thanks to Michael for doing a ton of driving and to Meg and Jenna for keeping me sane on the trail. Definitely would not have finished without them there.
