This one is usually one of my favorite fun runs in DC the Friday evening before the Pride Parade and a fundraiser for many great LGBTQ organizations in the area. Sarah tagged along on a bike as I tried to hold a hard effort on legs that are not used to sub 7 minute miles these days. Felt good to feel the burn of a bit of hard work.
